Betsy Schulz received the Art in Concrete Award from the American Concrete Institute for her treatment of the Fallbrook Library Garden Wall. She sandblasted into the surface of the poured-in-place concrete retaining wall silhouettes of grasses, native plants, birds and butterflies.
